| Systems Analysis Phase:
During this phase we assess the project extent and objectives. We identify the software modules that need to be built and discuss timelines, collaboration, and approximate costs with the client.
Systems Architecture Phase:
Our systems analists elaborate a comprehensive and detailed project concept. Based on that concept he creates a prototype and a Functional Specification Document (FSD). This is done in close collaboration with the client. At the end of this phase a final cost estimate is made.
Production Phase:
At this stage our activity is focused on implementing the Functional Specification Document (FSD). Every new software component is immediately posted on a demo server made visible to the client for progress monitoring and conformity review.
GO LIVE Phase:
This is the phase when the final solution becomes available to its intended user pool.
Postproduction support and development phase:
